Points Discussed

• The meeting commenced with a prayer by Lt. Navodita, Joint Coordinator IQAC.
• Dr. Neetu Khanna, Coordinator IQAC, extended a formal welcome to Rev. Fr. Peter Kavumpuram, Director, TGI, Dr. Ajay Prashar, Principal, and all IQAC members.
• Minutes of the last IQAC meeting were read and passed by the house.
• Evaluation of 5th Convocation: Dr. Neetu Khanna presented the report of the 5th Convocation held in January 2026. The house unanimously appreciated that the convocation was conducted successfully with 182 graduates attending. The event was well-organized, and feedback from students and parents was highly positive. Management congratulated the entire organizing team for the smooth execution.
• Silver Jubilee Inauguration Discussion: Ideas for the inaugural ceremony of the College Silver Jubilee Year were deliberated. Members suggested a grand inaugural event on 27 April 2026 with cultural programs, release of Silver Jubilee Logo, and announcement of 25 new initiatives. The management formed a core committee and invited everyone to submit ideas related to silver jubilee initiatives and celebration of this great moment.
• Merging of Silver Jubilees: It was proposed that the Silver Jubilee of Trinity College and the Silver Jubilee of Rev. Fr. Peter Kavumpuram’s Priesthood can be celebrated together as a joint milestone. This would reflect the shared journey of the institution and its visionary leader. A special felicitation ceremony for Fr. Peter can be part of the inaugural function.
• Other Matters: Dr. Ajay Prashar informed that NIRF and AISHE data has already been submitted.
