Van Mahotsav 2026 – Silver Jubilee Green Initiative 10 July 2026 | Trinity College Jalandhar The Eco Club, in association with NSS and NCC, successfully organized Van Mahotsav 2026 under the theme “Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam 3.0” as part of Trinity College Jalandhar’s Silver Jubilee Green Initiative. The programme was graced by Rev. Fr. Peter Kavumpuram, Managing Director, TGI; Dr. Ajay Prashar, Principal; Dr. Sheenu Nayyar; Dr. Nitu Khanna, IQAC Coordinator; Rev. Sr. Rita, Office & Admission Cell Coordinator; the Reverend Sisters, along with Chief Guests Mr. Robin, Councillor, Ward No. 22, Jalandhar, and Mr. Rajan Gupta, President, GGS Avenue, Jalandhar. The event marked the launch of the Silver Jubilee 2,500-Tree Plantation Initiative and featured an Eco Pledge, seed bomb preparation, sapling distribution, and a plantation drive. Students and faculty participated enthusiastically, reaffirming their commitment to environmental sustainability and a greener future.
