PG Department of Cosmetology Organises Seminar on 3D Advanced Hair Styling The PG Department of Cosmetology successfully organised a seminar on “3D Advanced Hair Styling”, providing students with valuable exposure to contemporary hairstyling techniques and professional practices in the cosmetology industry. Organised in collaboration with Cassia Makeup Academy, Jalandhar, the seminar featured an informative and detailed practical demonstration of advanced 3D hairstyling techniques. The session was conducted by Ms. Jyoti Sharma, Professional Hairstylist, Cassia Makeup Academy, who shared valuable insights into advanced hairstyling procedures, techniques, and professional practices. Students actively participated in the practical session and gained hands-on exposure to advanced hairstyling techniques. The demonstration provided them with practical knowledge of hair preparation, sectioning, styling products, professional hair tools and equipment handling, and advanced styling procedures, along with their practical application in the field of cosmetology. A total of 70 students actively participated in and benefited from the seminar. The interactive and practical nature of the session enabled students to strengthen their technical knowledge, enhance their practical skills, and develop greater confidence in professional hairstyling. The seminar served as a valuable industry-oriented learning experience, helping students understand contemporary hairstyling practices and the professional standards followed in the beauty and cosmetology industry. The initiative further reflects the PG Department of Cosmetology’s commitment to experiential learning, practical skill development, and providing students with meaningful industry exposure.
